Sock height changes how a trainer feels around the heel and ankle. The right choice depends on shoe shape, coverage and the look you want.
No-show socks
No-show socks sit below the shoe opening. They create a sockless look, but the edge can slip if the shape does not match the trainer.
Low-cut socks
Low-cut socks sit close to the ankle and give more coverage than a no-show style. They work well when you want the sock to protect the ankle area without rising far up the leg.
Ankle socks
Ankle socks rise above the shoe collar and are more visible. They suit trainers with a higher opening or outfits where the sock is part of the look.
Check your trainer collar
Wear the trainer and note where its collar touches your ankle. Choose a sock that reaches above that contact point if you want fabric between the shoe and skin.
The BENEATH sock pack
BENEATH white low-cut socks cover the ankle area and come in one EU 40–45 size. Each pack contains three pairs, or six individual socks.
