1. STORE AND ACCEPTANCE
BENEATH operates this online store at https://beneaths.com. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Product availability, specifications, prices, and promotions may change without notice.

3. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when BENEATH confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order if stock, pricing, payment, contact, or delivery information is incorrect or if fraud is suspected. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown before the order is submitted. Customers using cash on delivery must be available to receive and pay for the confirmed order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier, location, public holidays, weather, or events outside our control. Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds follow our published Return and Refund Policy at https://beneaths.com/policies/refund-policy. For the boxer wear test, one pair may be tried for up to 30 days. If you do not like it, we refund the price of that one pair after the remaining pairs are returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Contact us before returning anything.

7. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://beneaths.com/policies/privacy-policy. Shopify and service providers may process information required to operate the store, payments, delivery, analytics, and customer support.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

These Terms and purchases from BENEATH are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any mandatory consumer protection rights continue to apply.
